Sun Chakra is an information centre on the subject of alternative and complementary medicine.
Sun Chakra reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Sun Chakra
Sun Chakra do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its website:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, adult material, and any material in violation of any national or local regulation.
The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Sun Chakra.
Payment Policies
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although Sun Chakra reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due each anniversary year or month following the date the account was established.
Initial payments are devised on a listing fee, plus a fee per each modality that a member enrols on. If a member increases the number of enrolled modalities prior to their annual subscription payment date, a fee per modality will incur at the time of enrolment. The total annual renewal subscription fee will include the listing fee plus any modalities enrolled on throughout the subscription year and due on the anniversary of the initial listing date.

Payment Options
All payments must be in Australian Dollars. In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep costs down Sun Chakra runs a limited number of payment options.
All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email or standard post shortly after the online purchase has been made. At this point the customer's card will be charged automatically.
Credit / Debit Cards
Sun Chakra accepts MasterCard and Visa
In situations where the card number on file is declined Sun Chakra will immediately suspend the facility to be a “member” until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. In addition, Sun Chakra reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request.
Cheque Payment
Sun Chakra cannot guarantee that a service will be provided until after any received cheques have been cleared.
If your cheque is returned by the bank as unpaid for any reason, you will be liable for a "returned cheque" charge of $25
Cancellation and Refunds
Customers have a right to cancel an order within 7 days of us accepting payment. In that case, a refund will be given within 30 days of receiving a cancellation notice.
Customers may also cancel their account at the end of a period of service, at least 15 days before renewal is due to take place. Cancellation must be in writing, either by email, fax or post. Any incentives offered to customers when opening the account will also be cancelled
Sun Chakra reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of "membership". If a customer contravenes Sun Chakra’s terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation. Where it is found that Sun Chakra is in breach of the terms & conditions, then a refund may be due to the customer.
Delivery & Provision of Information
We shall use our reasonable endeavours to make available to you at all times the services but we shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of service caused by server downtime, upgrades and maintenance work.
We aim to complete all orders within 7 working days of payment being received and cleared through our bank.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
